Found a box of blueberries for only 7 Qars yesterday in Carrefore, City Center.
So basically I got chance to bake a teacake in my extra long baking tin.
Here is the recipe ~
Ingredients –
2,1/2 Cups of All purpose flour
2 Tsps Baking powder
1 Tbsp vanilla sugar
1/2 Tsp baking soda
1/4 Tsp salt
(Mix all very well)
6 Eggs
1 Cup thick curd
1 Cup evaporated milk
1 Tbsp Vanilla essence
1 n 1/2 Cup melted unsalted butter
1, 1/2 cup powdered sugar
(Mix all very well)
Method –
1- Switch on oven and control the temperature to 180 degrees.
2- Place one steel bowl full of water inside of it.
3- Mix dry n wet ingredients and pour into greased baking tin.
4- Bake for 45-55 minutes till done.
