Recipe for Adraki dahi(ginger curd)
Make a fine paste by grounding fresh green chillies and freshly grated ginger. Mix in some black peppers and sendha salt. Mix in little water. Strain and mix with curd. Salt according to the taste.
Recipe for Kaju tikkis (10 medium)
Boil 4 potatoes, deep fry 1/2 cup of cashews and powdered it, take 2-3 cups of any sag or green coriander and chop them finely, take 2 cups of paneer grate it well, grate a 1/4 cup of ginger, 4 Tbsp whole coriander seeds, sendha salt according to the taste, mix all and make tikkis. Shallow fry in non stick pan with desi ghee.
Recipe for alu ki kheer
Fry 1/2 cup cashews and raisins in desi ghee. Now in 1/2 cup desi ghee deep fry 2 medium pre boiled potatoes peeled off and pressured well. Now add green cardamom powder, sugar, 4-5 cups of milk and fried cashews+raisins. Boiled it till thickens.
Recipe for fruity almondy smoothie
Take 1 Cup almonds and grind them with 1/2 sugar, 1 Tsp cinnamon powder and 1 Tsp green cardamom powder.
Now take 2 Cups of curd, 2 Cups of chilled water along-with powdered almond mix, 1 peeled n ripe banana slices and one apple cored, sliced and with skin on.
Grind very well to fine paste.
