Choco lemon chiffon muffins.

I love late night baking a lot but surprisingly it is my earliest in the morning baking which always comes out of oven superb. I swear.

I made few yummy chiffon muffins in choco lemon flavor and they were like much better than any good bakery.

Please try in small batches first.

Ingredients – (6 big or 12 small ones)

1 Cup all purpose flour

1/2 Cup Sugar powdered(must)

1/4 Cup coco powder unsweetened

1 Tsp Baking powder

1/4 Tsp Baking soda

1 pinch salt

1 Green small lemon’s grated rind

(Mix all in a dry bowl)

1/2 Cup desi ghee(butter oil)

1 Medium egg

1 Tbsp lemon essence

1 Tsp vanilla essence

(Put all in a bowl and whisk well)

1/4 cup milk and 1/4 cup water mixed in a cup.

Boil it.

Method –

(Switch on the oven at 250 degrees)

1- Mix dry mix and wet mix very well.

2- Now add boiled n hot water n milk mix in it.

3- Pour into greased muffin cups placed in a tray.

4- Lower the oven temp to 180 degrees.

5- Place the tray at the lowest rack.

6- Bake up-to 25 minutes.

7- Immediately take out after baking.
