All you need are basic ingredients easily available in your kitchen. These apple pancakes are healthy and very yum kind of. If you make them thick, they are gooey inside but very crispy if you make them thinnest.
1- 1 Cup of maida(all purpose flour)
2- 1 Big dark red Washington apple – grated with skin on.
3- 4-6 Tbsp sugar
4- 1 Tbsp vanilla essence
5- 1/4 Tsp baking soda
6- 1 Tsp Baking powder
7- 1/2 cup milk mixed with 1/4 cup of thick curd
8- 1/4 cup melted butter salted or unsalted
Whisk all ingredients very well.
Leave it for 2 hours minimum time.
Make pancakes on non stick pan with sprinkle of melted butter’s drops.
I serve them with orange marmalade. You can serve with cream or ice cream or any kind of gooey jam.
