Matar Paneer ki galavati!

If you have loads of frozen peas at home please try making making these galavatis. These are melt in mouth galavatis.

Not very tough to make and very tasty n crunchy too.

Ingredients – (makes 12 medium sized galavatis)

6 Cups frozen peas (boiled and mashed)
2 Cups frozen paneer (mashed)
4 Tbsp biryani masala
2 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 Tbsp Red chillies powder
2 Tbsp dry coriander powder
2 Tbsp garam masala powder
8 Green chillies finely chopped
4 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp green cardamom powder
1 Tbsp cloves powder
6-8 Tbsp corn flour
1/4 Cup desi ghee
Salt according to taste

Method ~

1- Mix all very well. If possible grind all in a big mixi pot.

2- Take in a bowl and keep in fridge for 1/2 – 1 hour.

3- Take out. Warm the non stick pan on lowest flame.

4- Now here comes the trick. Make small medium sized 12 equal balls of all galavati mixture.

5- Start frying on pan without any ghee or oil from both side. Once little brownish, apply desi ghee on both sides and fry again.

6- Serve hot with mint coriander chutney.
