Tangy pasta!

This was a quick decision to make pasta for the breakfast. So I started boiling pasta and looking for some veggies in fridge in one go.

I found cabbage, carrots, green chillies and tomatoes along with few onions in basket.

Sliced carrots in long shape to give some different look to pasta and used a total different method for making it.

Let us see how cool it is as it turned out so yummy n spicy one.

Ingredients (For 4 medium size plate servings)-

1- 4 Cups of pasta – boiled and washed

2- 2 cups of long juliennes of carrots

3- 2 Cups of sliced cabbage

4- 2 Cups of sliced red onions & tomatoes

5- Salt to taste

6- Chillies sauce to taste

7- Vinegar

8- Soya sauce

9- 2 Green chillies chopped

10- 6 Big garlic cloves crushed

11- 1/2 Cup Olive oil

12- 1 Tbsp Oregano powder

13- Tbsp Basil powder

Method –

1- First fry onion in heated oil very well.

2- Now add carrots, cabbage, green chillies and tomatoes. Keep frying on high for 3-4 minutes.

3- Now add pasta and all other things. Fry well for 4-5 minutes. Now cover with lid and close the flame.
