So on this Eid al Adha if you are looking for some thing vegetarian but feels like true Eid delicacy you can make this kind of galauti.
These are very juicy and crunchy ones and my own recipe. Going to be published soon in my own book. So if you copy and paste or even try to post it as yours as lot many blogger did to my matar paneer ki shami simply avoid it from any kind if embarrassment later.
(To make 24 pcs approx of medium size)
Ingredients –
(For boiling)
2 Cups of black chickpeas
2 Cups of chaney ki dal
(Soaked overnight)
4-5 Cups of drinking water
1 Tbsp salt
1/2 cup grate fresh ginger
1 Big size onion chopped
7-8 big garlic cloves peeled
1/2 Tbsp green cardamom powder
1/2 Tbsp cloves powder
(For mixing in later)
2 Cups of grated fresh paneer
2 Cups mix of green coriander & mint leaves
2 Cups finely chopped onion(red)
1 Cup Finely chopped green chillies
1 Tbsp chat masala
2 Tbsp garam masala
2 Cups of fried onions
1 Cup cashews
2 Tbsp amchoor powder
1 Tbsp Mace powder(javitri)
1 Tbsp nutmeg powder(jaifal)
1/2 Cup thick curd (drain water)
1/4 Cup sabut dhania seeds crushed and soaked in little water
