My friend posted a post early morning. It was about dosas. It inspired and finally our dinner was Adai.
Super crisp – Ingredients –
1 Cup rice
1/2 Cup chana dal
1/2 Cup urad dal
1/2 Cup moong dal
1/2 Cup arahar(toor) dal
Soaked all for for 6-7 hours. Made the finest batter in mixi.
While making batter mixed in red chillies, asofoetida, garlic cloves and salt.
It started oozing out loudly after 1 hour. Well fermented. May be because weather is still quite hot n humid here in Qatar.
Made super crispy adais. One of the best I made so far. 👍🏻
