We usually buy these from nearby Turkish bakery. They make them amazingly fresh and rich in taste. Now a days Ramadan timings are different of their opening and closing the outlet sonI thought of making these cheese pies at home as they look quite simple to make ourselves.
It was a quite BINGO moment when I took them out of oven. Trust me!
These are quite good for evening snacking and if you have party home you can make them 2-3 hours in advance too. They taste like cheese pizza without pizza sauce.

Method –
1- Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt, butter, curd, milk altogether with a big ladle very well. I insist on using ladle.
2- Keep kneading with ladle and finally put some oil on dough, wrap all dough in oil and cover with moist cotton cloth.
3- After 5-6 minutes put oven on 250 Degrees.
4- Divide the dough in 4 parts and take one part and put it in dry flour ball.
5- Roll it in long shape and put 1/4 of filling over in long shape and turn the corners in the long boat shape.
6- Cover a tray with parchment-paper and slowly transfer the pie to it and put it in the over for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. If you like it crisp you can bake it for 5 more minutes.
7- Take it out brush with butter and serve hot.
8- Tastes great with garlic fondue.
