Most easiest way to make not so authentic galawati kebabs will add this recipe to your regular weekends/party menu for sure.
All you need is chicken frankies packet of 10.
Ingredients –
1- 10 Frankies on room temperature
2- 1/4 Cup cashews
3- 1/4 Cup thick curd
4- 1 Cup fried fresh onions
5- 1 Tbsp garam masala
6- 1 Tsp green cardamom powder
7- 1 Tsp black pepper powder
8- 1 Tsp salt
9- 1 Tsp javitri(mace) powder
10- 1 Tsp fennel seeds powder
11- 1 Tsp black cardamom powder
12- 1/2 Tsp nutmeg powder
13- 1 Tsp cinnamon powder
14- 6 Big garlic cloves crushed
15- 2 Big green chillies finely chopped
16- 1/2 Cup mix of greens (coriander and mint)
Method –
1- Grind all into finest paste.
2- Take out in a bowl and mix well.
3- Keep in Freezer for 5-10 minutes but optional.
4- Grease your palms heavily with melted desi ghee.
5- Now put a very good quality non stick pan on lowest flame.
6- Start making small balls/tikkis and put on non-stick pan.
7- Start turning over after a while while dropping few drops of desi ghee in a while.
8- Let them be little dark golden brownish.
9- Serve with onions slices, mint chutney or garlic dip with rumali rotis.
