Ingredients –
2 Cup all purpose flour(maida)
2 Cup of salted butter
1/4 Cup desi ghee
2 Cups of powdered sugar(according to your taste)
1 big green lemon’s green only rind (grated or scrubbed)
2 Tsps baking powder
1/2 Tsp Baking soda
1 and 1/2 cup milk
3 Medium eggs
1 Tbsp Banana essence
1 Tbsp Lemon essence
Method –
1- Mix in eggs, sugar, butter, desi ghee, green lemon rind and essences. Beat it with whisk for 2-3 minutes very well.
2- Now mix in all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda and mix very well.
3- Grease well baking tin and put on oven on 180-200 degrees.
4- Pour the batter into the tin.
5- Tap the tin 4-5 times.
6- Bake for 30-35 minutes and check it too.
7- Let it cool for 3-4 hours.
