Kuttu paper dosa

Recipe ~ 

Ingredients ~ ( For two dosas)

1 medium cucumber peeled

1 small raw potato

1/2 cup curd

1-2 green chillies

2 Tbsp fresh ginger grated

1 Tsp black pepper powder

Sendha salt according to taste

Method ~

1- Grind all in chutney jar of mixi to finest paste but semi thick consistency.

2- Place a nonstick dosa tava on flame and wipe it with oil dipped tissue paper. 

3- Pour half batter and spread it with the help of flat steel katori into big dosa.

4- Now sprinkle melted little desi ghee all over and keep the flame lowest. 

5- You need at least 5-6 minutes to make it crispy.

6- Check from the corners to check if it is coming out easily.

7- You need sharp spatula to scratch this dosa from the corner. 

It goes very well with green chillies n sendha namak mixed curd.
