Navratri Fasts – Super power booster – Apple,Banana and cashews smoothie! 

The quickest way to regain energy and strength. Make this amazing smoothies and keep going whole day with great power. During my Navratri fast it is a must for my breakfast time. Some tricks to make and you will end up in making creamy smoothies otherwise lumps and chunks will ruin all the taste. so please follow the procedure carefully. 


Ingredients

1/4 Cup cashews – presoaked for 3-4 hours

1 Medium very ripe banana

1 Small red apple very sweet one 

4 Tbsp honey or sugar

1 Cup curd 

1/4 cup milk

1 Tsp cinnamon powder

Method – 

1- First grind cashews with half banana and little milk into very fine paste.

2- Now add unpeeled but deseeded n chopped into chunks apple into this paste.

3- Grind well and add all rest of the things.

4- Grind again and chill before serving. 

** Best is to grind it and keep the mixi pot in the freezer for 2-3 hours  and than blend one more time before serving.
