One bowl of healthy happiness(Shahi sabz maggi)! 

My daughter Bhavya declared that her bus mate friend is joining us for quick lunch as she need to copy some songs in her headphone from her playlist. 

All I remember is that we used to go our friends place to copy home work or to play Ghar Ghar with dolls.

My daughter’s friend comes from a working couples family. So I though of making puri n alu ki sabzi but when my daughter inquired over phone the girl said all she wants to eat is maggi.

Very quickly I thought of serving a healthy n yumm version of the maggi to both girls. This maggi contains paneer, cheese, tomato soup and loads of veggies and desi ghee too. 

After finishing the bowls full of this shahi maggi both girls declared it “out of this world maggi”…. So today morning I got a message from my daughter’s friend mommy for a recipe. Now I am posting the recipe here on my blog so that if you need a little more yum yum kind of maggi pls do try this recipe.🙏🏼

Ingredients – (serves 2 persons as whole meal)  
1 Pack of Maggi Curry flavor
1 Packs of Knorr tomato soup

2 Slices of cheddar cheese 

1/2 Cup desi ghee(butter oil)

1 Big capsicum sliced thin

1 Big tomato sliced thin

1 Big red onion sliced thin

1/2 Cup grated carrot

1 Cup grated cottage cheese (paneer)

1/2 Tsp white salt

1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste

2 Tbsp grated fresh ginger 

5 Cups of drinking water

Method – 
1- Take a heavy bottom pan and heat it on high, lower the flame.
2- Put desi ghee in it along with sliced onions, ginger garlic paste, salt and grated ginger.

3- Fry this mix for 3-4 minutes and add rest of the vegetables.

4- Fry all this veggies mix for at least 8-10 minutes.Close the lid of pan.

5- Now add all of the 5 cups of drinking water to this masala and bring a good boil in it.  

6- Now add tomato soup powder to this mix and keep stirring for removing the lumps.

7- After 2 minutes of boil on low flame add maggi masala and maggi to it.

8- It will take 8-10 minutes to get it cooked well.

9- Now close the flame and cover the lid.

10- Try to serve after 10 minutes.
