Tulsi n gulkand’s lovely lovely ice cream!  

We had almost similar ice cream in The great kebab factory, Noida. Finally tried it with little twist. It is a very easy recipe. All you need is good branded vanilla ice cream, freshTulsi leaves and gulkand.

Yesterday I posted cough pills recipe today I am posting ice cream recipe because my daughter is cured of her cough fully in three days itself. I am so proud of myself sometime. Heeee Heeee Heeee

Ingredients – 

Vanilla Ice cream – 1 Ltr

2 Cups fresh tulsi leaves

1/2 Cup gulkand

1/2 Cup sugar and 1/2 cup milk (full cream or double cream better) mixed well 

1/4 Cup rose water (optional)

1 Tsp edible liquid green color(optional)

Method – 
1- In a blender put gulkand, sugar n milk mix with tulsi leaves n grind well.
2- Now start putting 4-5 scoops of ice cream into this mix and blend.
3- Blend all ice cream and put back into the ice cream tub and freeze for 4-6 hours. 
4- Take out and serve.  

This is one of the best selfmade icecream flavor.
